  <p><b>About the role</b></p>
  <p>As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal and social care to residents in a way that respects their dignity and promotes well-being and independence. You will help maintain an atmosphere and practice of care that reflects MHA’s values of mutual respect and concern for the individual.</p>
  <p><b>What you will do</b></p>
  <ul>
   <li>Act as a keyworker for a group of residents and support admissions</li>
   <li>Participate in developing and reviewing individual care plans, including those for residents with dementia</li>
   <li>Provide personal and social care in line with care plans, enhancing residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing</li>
   <li>Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, infection control, and health &amp; safety practices.</li>
  </ul>
  <p><b>About you</b></p>
  <p>You will bring:</p>
  <ul>
   <li>Respect and sensitivity for older people</li>
   <li>A willingness to be trained and developed (Level 1 or 2 in social care is encouraged)</li>
   <li>Good communication and listening skills</li>
   <li>The ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>
   <li>A caring nature with patience and empathy</li>
   <li>Previous care experience is desirable, though not essential</li>
   <li>Work flexibly across a rota, including weekends.</li>
