 About the role
 As a Laundry/Domestic Assistant at MHA, you will be part of a dedicated team who provide a comfortable, safe and hygienic environment for residents.Duties will be varied and include cleaning and general tidiness of a designated areas and maintaining the standards required along with general cleanliness of the residents bedding, linen and personal clothing in a way that respects their dignity, including washing, drying, ironing and repairing laundry items for residents. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference.

 About you
 The right values, attitude and behaviours are more important than your previous career background. Therefore, whilst previous experience is desirable, your respect&nbsp;for older people and willingness to undertake training is more important.
 You do not need any qualifications to get started as a Domestic Assistant. You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
